DOL’s Overtime Rule

On Friday, March 1st, the Department of Labor sent its overtime final rule to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review. Review can take anywhere from a couple weeks to several months. Once the review is complete, the final rule will be published in the Federal Register. Details on what the final rule includes are not yet available, including the minimum salary threshold and timeframe for compliance.  More to follow.
