Last week, Democrats Everton Blair and Aisha Wahab won special elections to fill the seats previously held by, respectively, David Scott (D-GA) and Eric Swalwell (D-CA).  Once both new members are sworn in, party ratios in the House will be 219 Republicans to 214 Democrats, reducing Republicans to a two-vote majority.
