Construction Subcontractors Are Learning About Prompt Payment and How/When to Suspend Work with New FASA Video-on-Demand
ALEXANDRIA, Va.—Construction subcontractors are learning best practices for ensuring prompt payment of invoices with a new video-on-demand from the Foundation of the American Subcontractors Association.
In the on-demand video, “Prompt Payment and How/When to Suspend Work,” presenter Jason Ebe, Esq., Snell & Wilmer, LLP, Phoenix, Ariz., also shares tips for how subcontractors can mitigate their own damages by suspending work without breaching their subcontract and getting fired, replaced and sued.
“Prompt Payment and How/When to Suspend Work” (Item #8103) is $65 for ASA members and $95 for nonmembers. This and other on-demand videos are available through FASA’s Contractors’ Knowledge Depot.
FASA was established in 1987 as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity to support research, education and public awareness.
