Q. Can you bill me for my purchase?
A. Sorry, FASA only fulfills orders that are pre-paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by check. This helps keep our overhead costs — and prices — low.
Q. I don't see any shipping cost in my product total. What's the shipping cost?
A. Shipping costs for domestic U.S.P.S. delivery are included in your product order total. Costs for shipping outside the United States is extra and must be prepaid. FASA will contact international customers for prepayment of shipping costs.
Q. How are products delivered?
A. On-demand/downloadable products are delivered via the ASA Web site, www.asaonline.com, under "My ASA" navigation link. Select "My Transactions," and then select "My Downloads."
Printed books/manuals are delivered via U.S.P.S. and should arrive within 5-7 business days of order. Please contact FASA at firstname.lastname@example.org or (703) 684-3450, Ext. 1321, if your order does not arrive within 7 business days after you place your order.
Q. Which items can be rush-ordered and how much does it cost?
A. There are no rush orders.
