Each prime-contractor applicant must supply three sealed business-practices recommendations from specialty trade contractors that have worked for it in the past year, along with a copy of its standard subcontract, with its application. ASA will announce the award recipients in January 2014. ASA will provide national recognition to the award recipients, including presentation of awards at the ASA Business Forum and Convention 2014 in New Orleans, La., March 6-8. The application fee is $495.
